New Hope

Two thriving communities nestled on the banks of the Delaware River.

Welcome to New Hope / Solebury

New Hope is a peaceful and picturesque borough near the Delaware River, named after a fire in 1790 that destroyed the vast majority of the mills in the area. After reconstruction, it was called  "New Hope" for the farmers who lived there. Also, like most boroughs in Pennsylvania, New Hope carries a rich, storied past. George Washington marched his army through New Hope to cross the Delaware river, even destroying the old ferry so the British couldn't use it.

Solebury is a borough in Bucks County, very close to New Hope and the Delaware River. Solebury was once one of the most prosperous rural areas of Pennsylvania, primarily due to its rich soils and proximity to the Delaware River. It was an ideal destination for those seeking to make a living in a flourishing and peaceful area with a lot of potential in the future.

New Hope and Solebury have become highly sought-after residential areas. Both are thriving communities that stand out among Pennsylvania's high-quality lifestyle communities. Their peaceful setting, picturesque rural views, and old-town vibes have made them a dream come true for those looking for a new home in the heart of Bucks County.
