Georgi assisted us in the sale of our home coupled with the purchase of our new home. This was not an easy task but Georgi made it as palatable as possible. First, we made a plan that we were all comfortable with as far as preparing our existing home for the sale, listing it, and then looking for and purchasing our next home. We had a contingency plan in case all of the timing was not possible. As for the sale of our existing home, we followed Georgi's advice and were able to sell our home the first day it was on the market, we got slightly over our asking price. We had a buyer that was flexible with the sale date (within reason) and thus were able to find our next home within the time frame we gave ourselves and we were able to settle on the home we were selling and the purchase of our next home on back to back days (of course moving out and moving in coinciding with the settlements). No matter how good your Realtor® is, this process is stressful. There were times that Georgi felt our angst, she never took our (my) occasional short-tempered outbursts personally. She acted as our business consultant and dare I say therapist throughout the process, occasionally talking me "off the ledge". She assisted with everything from steering us to an excellent Mortgage broker, suggesting movers, to helping us get boxes for moving and everything in between. A true competent professional, Georgi accurately calculated what she believed was ultimately our final sales price, and had an amazing team of assistants who staged, photographed, and marketed our home. Our house was listed on MLS one day, with an Open House held the following day, and an offer (that I accepted) the following day! Amazing!
